Lisa Hill – Licensed Massage Therapist
Lisa is a licensed massage therapist, mother and grandmother. She feels her genuine love of people makes massage therapy the perfect career for her. She prides herself in her ability to care and listen to the needs of others. Lisa believes in tailoring a massage to fit the needs of each individual client by using multiple modalities to get the best results possible. Ms. Hill graduated from White River Massage School in Fayetteville, Arkansas in 2002, became nationally certified and licensed in Arkansas and then continued her education in Scottsdale, Arizona at RainStar University. Interested in expanding her skills, she studied many modalities including motherhood massage, reflexology, sports massage, deep tissue, hot stone and others. She attended the Upledger Institute with Dr. Upledger in Ft. Lauderdale. She has since been licensed in Florida, California, and now Georgia.
She moved her family to South Beach Miami, Florida to be near her aging father. Her work experience there began with “Relax and Rejuvenate,” a very well known out call agency for all of the luxury hotels in South Beach including Gloria Estefan’s the Cardozo, the Loew’s, the National, the Delano, and many others. Recruited by the five-star Ritz-Carlton for the opening of the new Dilido spa there, she began a full-time career. This is where she gained her most valuable experience working with some of the most talented therapists from all over the world. Guests were often high profile figures from the world of sports, entertainment, business, even visiting foreign dignitaries. The spa was quickly voted second on Mary Gostelow’s list of top ten spas in the nation. Lisa won the “Award of Excellence”, given to only two hotel associates throughout the entire staff.
She was recruited by Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel after a multimillion dollar remodel. While living on the California coast, she learned her daughter was starting her family and followed the heart of a grandmother eventually leading her here to North Augusta.
